Tim joined Short Richardson & Forth LLP in April 2005 following the retirement of David Forth. As the head of Commercial Litigation, Tim's expertise covers contractual disputes, corporate insolvency, individual insolvency and bankruptcy, debt collection, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes including unfair prejudice, directors disqualifications, warranty claims, professional negligence, asset tracing, breach of trust and urgent injunctions.
Tim's enjoys the variety of work and types of business that his role brings. Understanding those businesses and applying the law to assist them is key to Tim's role at Short Richardson & Forth LLP.
The best advice ever given to Tim was "When you are up to your neck in crocodiles it is too late to worry about whether you should have gone swimming!".
