Eleanor joined Short Richardson & Forth LLP in September 2009 as a Solicitor in the firm’s Employment Department.
Eleanor has experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters and acts for a wide range of clients. Eleanor advises on such issues as unfair dismissal, discrimination and contractual disputes and also has experience of handling the employment aspects of business transfers.
Eleanor provides bespoke training sessions for clients in various areas of employment law and contributes articles on current employment law issues to the firm’s newsletters as well as other legal publications.
Eleanor is a committee member of the Newcastle and North East Junior Lawyers’ Division and currently acts as JLD Local Law Society Liaison Officer.
