David has been with the firm since it started and was a founding partner. As the head of the Commercial Property Department, David's areas of expertise are sales and purchases, investment portfolios, Business Parks, Residential Estates, Retail, Office, Loft apartments, Landlord and Tenant issues and agreements, Options and overage.
Describing what he likes about working at Short Richardson & Forth LLP, David explains “I love my work, and I love to see the end product. Sometimes I feel that I’m almost an in house service to my clients”.
