John McMullen

Jean-Pierre Van Zyl

Jean-Pierre joined Short Richardson & Forth LLP in April 2005. Jean-Pierre qualified as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa during 1998 and as a Solicitor during 2003.

Jean-Pierre is a strong advocate with a growing reputation for his tribunal work. He advises on all areas of unlawful discrimination, re-organisations and redundancies, unfair dismissal, breach of contract and high value compromises agreements. In addition he regularly takes part in seminars as well as bespoke HR training for clients.

Jean-Pierre deals with contentious and non-contentious issues for a range of clients throughout the United Kingdom covering a wide range of jurisdictions, most notable Equal Pay, Race and Sex Discrimination.
