Tim Berg, Partner, will bring you up to date on the case law developments of the last few months, putting these recent changes into a practical context. Tim will also give his views on the year ahead.
Dr John McMullen, Partner, will offer an essential guide to the employment law issues all insolvency professionals should be aware of. In particular John will examine the difficult decisions to be made when a transferring a business from an insolvent company. John will also deal with other tricky questions such as information and consultation, (unfair) transfer connected dismissals and the new provisions dealing with collective re-negotiation of employment contracts with a view to ensuring the survival of the business.
